We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Roger who was always smiling and helpful, even during extended duty hours. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities. The location was incredibly convenient, with a supermarket nearby and the Al Wahda mall within walking distance.
It was all superb.

The studio was booked for two people but prepared for one person. No restaurants or coffee shops. the telephone at the studio was not responding to call the room service or the front disk as well as the telephone located at the corridor so I had to go down to the reception disk.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore and visit attractions. It is also near a mall, allowing for convenient shopping. there is a supermarket nearby for any daily necessities. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
One negative aspect is that there was a lack of complimentary bottled water in the rooms. An extra bottle had to be requested and was chargeable, which could be considered as an inconvenience.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They ensured that our check-in process was smooth and provided us with all the necessary information we needed. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to various attractions and amenities. This made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle.- One thing that stood out was the walk-in shower in our room. It was spacious and had great water pressure, making it a relaxing experience.
The washer in our room did not dry our clothes properly. As a family with children, this was quite inconvenient as we had accumulated a lot of laundry during our stay.

That it is new, clean, and they provide you with what you need
To get what you need you had to call 4-5 times until they answer. Fire alarm went off 4 Am in the morning almost every day !! and they claimed that someone was cooking ! Housekeeping are very smart, you tell them to come, they don't show. You tell them, no need to come, they open the door while you are sleeping inside with the dnd sign hanged outside !! tv, no single channel for kids ! Lucky me I brought the Ipad ! I guess they need sometime until they sort out how to properly run the place

The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed. Another thing we liked was the well-equipped kitchenette. In terms of location, it was close to public transport and local attractions. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The swimming pool area, which was not set up for relaxation. we had issues with guest limitations, which made it difficult for us to entertain visitors.
